Today Governor Nathan Deal announced that there will be a three percent increase for funding towards the Hope Scholarship. This is great news for students who plan on staying in Georgia to achieve a higher education. Governor Deal mentioned that it is because of Hope that keeps the best and brightest students in the Georgia, and that Hope remains the most generous state run scholarship program in the nation.
